[\u00b6 2]\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptions:\n<ul>\n<li>a power-driven, heavier-than-air aircraft shall give way to airships, gliders and balloons; [\u00b6 2(a)]<\/li>\n<li>an airship shall give way to gliders and balloons; [\u00b6 2(b)]<\/li>\n<li>a glider shall give way to balloons; [\u00b6 2(c)] and<\/li>\n<li>a power-driven aircraft shall give way to aircraft that are seen to be towing gliders or other objects or carrying a slung load. [\u00b6 2(d)]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If two balloons are converging, the one at the lower altitude has priority. [\u00b6 3]<\/li>\n<li>When giving way to another aircraft, do not pass over, under, or ahead of the other aircraft unless the distance will not create a risk of collision. [\u00b6 4]<\/li>\n<li>If approaching head-on, each pilot alters the heading to the right.
